The Kaiser Permanente Mentoring Program is a mentoring program developed for all employees at Kaiser Permanente. It combines a self-directed mentoring website with skills trainings, tools, resources, connections, and many opportunities to develop professional skills and connect with other employees for mentoring relationships and conversations.

University Relations Mentee Intern Program (June - August 2015)

  • 380 participants: 100 genKP mentors, 280 summer interns
  • 3 months long and consisted of 3 in-person mentorship meetings between the mentor and mentees, 3 online tasks assigned to mentee by mentor to complete by end of summer and participating in one online round table on MentorCloud

genKP NCAL Pilot Program (April - May 2016)

  • 30 participants: 15 KP mentors, 15 genKP mentees
  • Program was 8 weeks long with an in-person kickoff meeting followed by 6 module topics facilitated by LifeMoxie's founder, Ann Tardy
